DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship all over the world, Shipping costs will be applied at checkout page for CA$9.99. However for orders above CA$99.99, we are providing FREE Shipping. Our overseas shipping might be impacted by political, customs regulatory, courier company, fulfillment centers or pandemic situations. In certain situations we might not be able to ship to some countries. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are and most importantly where the product is located for the shipment. Typically, once we received the order, depending on the product(s) it will take 1-4 days to make the package(s) ready for the shipment, after its being fulfilled, customers will receive an email containing a link to track their packages.
Orders processed here will take 5-15 business days
to be delivered. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 business days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS WOULD YOU USE?
We use all major carriers, it depends on the fee and how fast they could deliver to your address. Most likely for local (USA) couriers it will be USPS, FedEx and DHL.
